ENGAGE Contributes to the EBA Consultation Paper on changes to ITS on supervisory reporting

On 9 July 2026, ENGAGE for ESG contributed to the European Banking Authority (EBA) Consultation Paper on changes to ITS on supervisory reporting, in particular, to the module on ESG reporting.

The ENGAGE Consortium response focused on the questions about Template D 02.00, related to “Climate Change Transition Risk: Loans collateralised by immovable property”, highlighting the importance of collecting climate metrics which are consistent amogst the different financial regulatory frameworks and jurisdictions.

The ENGAGE Consortium response is building on the Consortium experience developing the ENGAGE Templates, a standardised disclosure framework designed by market participants to check the alignment of mortgages and home renovation loans with the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
