On 10 April 2026, ENGAGE for ESG contributed to the European Commission Call for Feedback on a draft EU Taxonomy Climate Delegated Act.
The ENGAGE Consortium deems positive the acknowledgement that the technical screening criteria for construction and real estate activities should be revised to align those criteria with the evolution in Union law, and in particular, the EPBD.
In its response, the ENGAGE Consortium identified 5 key shortcomings that may hinder the effective application of the EU Taxonomy.
